Vegetables in a Hurry

So often, this time of the year becomes hectic for me. I don’t want to abandon my commitment to healthy eating. So I try to have some quick and easy foods in the freezer or shelf.
Serve with brown rice (hopefully frozen or refrigerated from prior cooking) and maybe a little fish or chicken.

Quick and tasty stir-fry frozen vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 1 bit extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprinkle McCormick Vegetable Supreme Seasoning
Instructions
- Pour from the freezer bag, in a hurry, into a bit of extra virgin olive oil, and a quick sprinkle of McCormick Vegetable Supreme Seasoning.
