Tarragon, Cucumber and Yogurt Sauce for Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tarragon chopped fresh
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice fresh
- 3/4 cup cucumbe partially peeled, and chopped
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions
- Pickling cucumber gift from a neighbor - sweet and crunchy - I ate one after taking the picture.

- Fresh tarragon from our herb garden.

- Dice the cucumbers.

- Gather the other ingredients.

- Toss all the ingredients, until well-mixed.

- Ready for the fish, chicken, or baked pita wedges.
