August 1, 2010 in Condiments by Joyce Bunderson
This is the final touch of turning a highly processed meal (white flour pancakes and syrup) to a healthy American-Mediterranean menu item – Dr. Grandma’s whole wheat pancakes with Strawberry Syrup.
It's a great breakfast if you're watching your sugar intake, have diabetes, want to avoid diabetes, or just like delicious healthy meals.
