Easy Bleu Cheese Dressing per serving  

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup yogurt Non-fat unflavored
• 1 tablespoon Bleu cheese crumbles, (or the amount that you like)
• salt optional
• pepper optional

Instructions

1. mix all Ingredient together.
   
2. Serve bleu cheese dressing on any salad, easy, low-fat and quick. Note: I keep the bleu cheese in the freezer – it defrosts very quickly.
