Caramelized Green and White Squash

Caramelized Green and White Squash

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups portobello mushrooms sliced
- 5 green (zucchini) squash and/or white (Mexican) squash
- 1 teaspoon vegetable supreme seasoning
Instructions
- Put olive oil, mushrooms and onions in a skillet over a medium high heat.
Periodically stir.
- Onions and mushrooms are beginning to brown.
- Slice the squash.
- Add the squash and the seasoning.
- Keep sauteing until brown and soft.
- Then Serve.
