Ingredients
- 15 ounces can corn whole kernel
- 1/2 large red pepper diced
- 1-2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Dice one-half red pepper.
- Add corn and chopped green onion to microwave safe dish.
- Put in butter and microwave until heated.
