A choice of fresh veggies, a healthy dip, shrimp with cocktail sauce and other healthy treats provides a great alternative for munchers.
Ingredients
- 1 hummus dip [Purchased or see our recipe Roasted Red Pepper Humus
- 1 baby carrots
- 1 cucumbers sliced
- 1 olives
- 1 cherry tomatoes
- 1 broccoli florets
- 1 Shrimp with cocktail sauce Homemade shrimp cocktail sauce, mix ¾ cup Ketchup with 1 – 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish (taste and add more horseradish, if you like it a little hotter.)
- 1 Nuts high calorie but nutritious, watch the portions
- 1 Popcorn Try the Orville Redenbacher Light variety
- Whole wheat Triskets with little Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges (35 calories per wedge)
Instructions
- Prepare Vegetables, Wash, Cut and arrange on tray
- Arrange Humus Dip , Nuts, Trinkets, Cheese Wedges, Popcorn, and Cocktail Sauce on tray
