Chicken Teriyaki Drumsticks

Snacks do not have to be unhealthy, sugar, fat and salt laden junk food – but let’s face it, they can be. So I thought that I would share some ideas to notch up your snack table – keeping all the snackers with the munchies happy – so what if you’re keeping them a little healthier at the same time. If the snacks taste good, that’s what will be most important to the nibblers.
Chicken Teriyaki Drumsticks

Preparing Teriyaki Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken drumsticks skins removed
- 1 cup soy sauce (low sodium works fine)
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated, fresh
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
Instructions
- In a large baking dish arrange the drumsticks.
- Mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce, ginger and garlic mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for 25 minutes
- Flip over with tongs and return to oven and bake for another 20 -25 minutes, or until done. (Larger drumsticks will take a little longer to cook.)
